An interesting and varied collection of artifacts reflecting the Acadian culture from 1604 to present. Included is a book written by Samuel de Champlain, a huge painting of the Acadian deportation, the original Acadian flag (1884) and more. They have over 35,000 objects related to the Acadians of the Maritimes.

This site commemorates the founder of the first French-language degree-granting institution in Atlantic Canada. It also houses the Acadian Odyssey National Historic Site which is interpreted by the new permanent exhibit called "Reflections of a Journey: The Odyssey of the Acadian People".
